Boxed Oysters
Oysters taken from the sack, washed, inspected, and boxed. Comes in a 40 lb. box, also available in a 30 lb. box or washed and re-sacked in a weight of your choosing.
Oysters on the Half Shell
Twelve oysters per tray, with twelve trays per case. Available fresh or frozen
Shucked Oysters
Fresh shucked oysters available in a gallon or ½ gallon container. The gallon has 5 lbs. of oysters and the ½ gallon has 2.5 lbs. Frozen shucked oysters are flash frozen in a 2 lb. pillow pack, 20 lbs. per case.
