How do you ensure the quality of your oysters?

Our oysters are harvested from the Louisiana's Gulf coast and undergo rigorous cleaning to remove any rocks, broken shells, opened oysters, or mussels.

Where are your oysters sourced from?

Our oysters are sourced from some of the highest quality, privately held oyster reefs on the Louisiana coast, and harvested by only the most experienced and reputable oystermen.

What is your shipping process?

We ensure timely delivery with proper packaging to maintain freshness and quality. Local orders can be delivered the following day.

How long are oysters good to eat?

Fresh boxed oysters are best consumed within two weeks of harvesting, and fresh shucked oysters are best consumed 12 to 14 days after being shucked. Fresh oysters shucked to the half shell are best consumed within 4 to 5 days after being shucked because they will dry out while refrigerated (they can be somewhat refreshed by spritzing with salt water). Frozen oysters are good for 6 months.
